Happy double room

I have a Double room to rent to a professional woman in a cute little house in a quiet village. It's to share with myself, my daughter and my dog. My daughter is only here every other weekend and my working hours means I leave 5.30 am and usually home by 8pm so loads of alone time for you. I race downhill mountain bike so am on the road most weekends. The double room is not the biggest but you will be warm and safe. Off street parking too and a small garden to unwind in. To top that all off I have a wood burner in the lounge, watching flames dance around will put anyone to sleep. Because I have a little daughter in the house every other weekend I can, unfortunately, only accept female guests. I cant take any risks.
