Double room for rent in Chartham

I am looking for someone to rent my spare room in Chartham. The room comes with access to a shared bathroom (with bath, shower, toilet and sink) and shared kitchen (with fridge, oven, microwave and washing machine) as pictured. Applicants must be good with dogs as i have an 8 year old lurcher. The room currently has a double bed and a wardrobe in it, but im happy to remove the furniture if you would like to use your own.
