There are 2 double size rooms for single occupancy (one person per room) so great for colleagues or friends who want to houseshare. Fully furnished and new mattresses have been ordered since the photos were taken. It has gas central heating, double glazing and carpets etc.
There is a fully equipped kitchen-diner and there are 2 bathrooms (so only sharing with maximum 1 other person if house is full with 4 people!).
There is also a private rear garden with lawn and patio. Plus free parking.
It's the Hospital and University side of Chatham, near Town with all its amenities.
Rent is payable a month in advance at the end of the month and Utility bills / Council tax are included in the rent.
Would suit non-smoking, clean & tidy working people who respect themselves and the house? Sorry no pets allowed.
