Beautiful House, Double Bedroom/En-suite

I have a property on st Mary's Island in Chatham available. It’s one of the three story town houses facing the water.
We are looking for someone who would be interested in living on the middle floor which consists of living room, dining room, double bedroom and own toilet / bathroom.
Obviously kitchen and utility room is available for use, garden and downstairs living room too for use.
It’s a big house and ideal for someone Who would like not just a room but further personal space. Ideally a professional or student would be suitable but and most important someone who Is house proud, tidy and respectful of others.
