2 Double rooms available close to medway campus

Hi everyone. I'm advertising 2 rooms for rent near campus in Medway starting in September 2024. There are 4 rooms in the flat but only 2 rooms left available. It's currently 2 guys living there from September who will be in their 3rd year of uni.
Some info about the place:
-Rent will be only £525/£550 per month
-Bills and all utilities included (including council tax)
-4 rooms with kitchen and shared bathroom between 3 people and social space with a small basement and shared garden.
-message me for the exact address but it's based pretty much on the dockside campus. Much closer than Medway campus halls (unite students)
- The dates would be from the start of term in September until the end of the university year just like student halls (unite)
