Landlord lives in and works in London office three days a week. Furry housemate pictured, friendly but large dog so pet friendly is a must.

Some bills included, last tenant paid £75pm. Can discuss furnishing room if needed, there is a wardrobe and chest of drawers in the room currently but a bed is not available.
