• You’ll be sharing with me (live-in landlord) and one other lodger – both friendly, respectful, and easy to get along with
• Shared use of the kitchen, , dining room, bathroom, and garden
• Fast WiFi and all bills included (gas, electric, water, council tax, internet)
• Clean and well-maintained with a relaxed, homely feel

• 20 minute walk to Chatham station – easy links to London and beyond
• Close to shops, bus routes, and local amenities
• Quiet residential street with on-street parking available
