Christian couple seeking lodger for double room

We are a friendly Christian couple, been married for 16 years and we’re professionals. Our home and area is quiet and welcoming. We are an independent household which enables people to conduct their own lives whilst having the benefit of a supportive and encouraging Christian home. The room would suit somebody with similar values and interests.

The large, double room is furnished with double bed, mattress, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The bathroom is next door to the room and includes shower, toilet and sink. We have our own ensuite shower and toilet in our room.

Kitchen has all the usual: washing machine, microwave, hob etc. Rent is £600 and includes all bills such as broadband internet, gas and electricity.

We purchased our home just after it was built around 13 years ago. It is a town house with three floors in cul-de-sac and we have beautiful hilltop views over the town. The house is carpeted and has central heating and double glazed windows throughout. Quiet, residential, leafy location with good road/rail transport links into London, Maidstone, Dartford, Rochester, Rainham, Faversham, Bexley, other areas of Kent, etc (easy access to A20, A229, A2, M2, and M25) and surrounding areas. Train station nearby and we have free parking at our home.

There are plenty of things to do and places to visit such as historic Rochester with its cathedral, castle, boats, river and quaint, cosy shops and cafes. Chatham, Gillingham and Strood provide plenty of shops, churches, amenities and attractions such as cinemas, shopping centres, university, college, lake, parks, banks, post offices, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets (Tesco, Aldi, Lidl, Sainsburys, M&S) etc.
