Female house, bill includeds, near town & station

End of terrace 3 bed house with lots of creativity & personality. Looking for 1 or 2 lodgers, bills included to cost such as council tax, internet, water, tv licence & sky, gas, electric are included.

Close to the train station & town but also en route to Maidstone.

Looking for some easy going but tidy, mature, emotionally intelligent and respectful lodgers. While I’m a social person I do things outside of the house and so I’m respectful of people’s quietness and space & consider home a safe haven with no disruptions to each other’s space.

I’m looking to get a Ragdoll cat in the future (when I can afford it) but if allergic etc then I won’t but please let me know or open to discussing.
