I am looking for an ideal tenant(s) to rent this 2 bedroom partially furnished marina based apartment. Ideally, this would be for a 1 month rolling contract. It would be a suitable apartment for a holiday let, visiting family or for temporary storage. Additionally there is a parking space available in a secure, shutter-operated underground parking unit.
The apartment has recently been refurbished with brand new carpets and freshly painted walls.
