There is a field nearby which is useful for running and a convenience shop only 2 minutes away. Schools, GP surgery and dentist are all within 5 minute walking distance with Chatham and Rochester town centre within 1 mile.

Tidy clean large detached house with large living room, two toilets , shower/bath and all bills included. There is a garden and front drive also.
