I am a friendly, courteous, live-in landlord, searching for a suitable lodger who is respectful, honest, tidy and clean. The furnished double room to rent is for one non-smoking person. There is, however, access to the living and dining rooms, the shared kitchen and bathroom, as well as the garden. I am, ideally, looking for a professional, Phd level student or working person with a certain degree of maturity, culture and responsibility. The room to rent is well furnished, light and recently decorated. The location is approximately 10 minutes by foot into town or 15 minutes to Chatham train station. No permit is required for parking in the street and there is, invariably, a parking space every day or evening. All bills and internet are included in the rent.
