Forming a house share 2 people maximum

Hi, I am looking for 2 people (separate incomes) to form a house share in a 3 bedroom house. Train station and bus garage are at the end of the road and the town is the other end!
Some bills included, gas and electric not included.
I would like professional applicants whom are looking to form a house share on a longer term basis.
The property has just been made open plan with a new fitted kitchen. Patio with French doors and a large garden.
Shared facilities, kitchen, living room, garden. There is parking for multiple cars and private rear access.
Available end of September. References required.
