I have three spacious double rooms to let in a house sharing with other people. Near Chatham Town centre with all its amenities, the Universities, and the Medway Hospital.

The house is furnished, and more upgrading works are taking place. Rooms comes in new beds, wardrobes and mattresses.

Single use £490 - £520 per month depending on which room, couple use £780 to £800 includes all bills,
Can bring your own furniture. Rent is paid monthly in advance, includes all bills etc. Plus one months rent in advance. Minimum 4 months stay and one months notice when you wish to leave.
Would suit tidy, respectful, easy-going and full time working personal. No pets allowed, no smoking inside the room. This is a house sharing with other people from different backgrounds which everyone must respect. Please send me a message if you need further info.
