Double room available for a professional person (single occupancy) all bills and WiFi included. The room is at the back of the house overlooking the garden, it has a large built-in wardrobe, together with a Smart TV. The shared bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle. The kitchen/diner has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, air fryer, fridge freezer, corner settee with TV/Virgin Media. There is a utility room with a toilet, sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board/iron. The garden is south facing with seating areas. Parking outside the house, or very nearby, has never been a problem and local shops are within a 5 minute walk. There is a frequent bus service to Chatham and Maidstone, or a 15 minute walk to Chatham train station, Historic Rochester is a 5 minute drive and we are close to motorway links for London and the coast. There is also a small elderly dog who lives here, he tends to sleep a lot and is very friendly.
