Light and furnished double room for one person

The light, furnished, double room is for one person and is on the first floor. You will have access to the garden and free parking (no permit required) in the street. The living room, dining room, bathroom and kitchen are shared. I am a friendly, respectful live in landlord who has previously had some great lodgers. I am now looking for a new lodger who is clean, responsible and respectful. Mature Masters or Phd. students would be considered but I am ideally looking for a lodger who is a working professional and who has a workplace to attend during the day, and who has a good level of education and culture.
