The room currently does not have a mattress as previous tenant preferred to use theirs; if you need a mattress, this will be provided at no extra cost to you before you move in. There is a standard sized double bedframe in the room, a big wardrobe and desk (a chair can be provided if needed). The size of the bedroom is 11' 8" x 8' 5" (3.56m x 2.57m). The price includes all utilities so nothing extra to pay. Broadband also included in price. This is a house share, so the bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared.
