Double room for rent in a lovely clean home.

I’m renting out a double room in my 3-bedroom house. I live alone, so I’ve decided to make one of the rooms available.

The house is clean, quiet, and has a relaxed atmosphere. It’s just a 10-minute walk from Chatham train station, with plenty of local amenities nearby and free on-street parking.

There’s also a garden and a summer house perfect if you’d like a change of scenery or some outdoor space to unwind.

All bills are included in the rent. I’m looking for someone who’s clean, respectful, and easygoing to share the space with.
