We live in a cosy, clean, and welcoming home on Chatham Hill, ideal for someone looking for a peaceful and friendly environment. The accommodation includes a private bedroom that includes a mini fridge alongside a shared bathroom, 2 toilets and access to a fully equipped kitchen and sitting room area.

We’re ideally looking for people who are clean, respectful, and independent (demographic specifics are already listed). While we’re friendly and sociable, we also respect personal space and privacy.

Chatham Hill is incredibly well-connected. There are frequent buses just minutes from the house that go directly into Chatham Town Centre, Gillingham, and Rochester. Chatham Station is a short bus ride or drive away, offering fast train connections to London (around 40–45 minutes), Canterbury, and the coast. If you prefer walking, shops, cafés, gyms, and supermarkets are all nearby; no car needed!
