Spare rooms

I work full time and I'm not home a lot. I have 2 single spare rooms available. I do have furniture and can arrange these if needed. There is off road parking but you'll have to drive around to find a space. No permits required. A garden. Upstairs bathroom and an additional toilet downstairs as well.

I live with my daughter who also works but can be somewhat nocturnal. No smoking in the house but can go outside. Don't mind pets depending on type (may incur additional charge and would be your responsibility to clean up any messes) and would be through discussion first. Looking for quiet professionals.

The spare rooms are currently used as storage. So I do need to organise this. I am not in a rush to rent as I want to make sure people are the right fit given we will live in the house too.
