There is currently one couple living in the house and I am looking for one person more to occupy a double room to the rear of the property. This room has exclusive use of a shower room on the same floor.

There is a through lounge on the first floor with high ceilings, wooden floors and chandeliers.

There's also a nice garden with a lawn and patio which is a nice little sun-trap - ideal for bbq's!
