One double room available to let in a lovely home. The bedroom is bright, spacious and comes with a built in wardrobe. There is a shared lounge (room with wide screen tv), shared bathroom and shared dining room overlooking the garden. The large garden provides the perfect backdrop for summer bbqs.

The house is in a desirable location about a 5 minute walk to Chelsfield train station (with regular services to London Charing Cross and London Cannon Street in approx. 30 minutes)and local shops. Bus stop to Nugent shopping centre and Orpington High St right outside the house.

The live in landlord is a retired university professor named Roshan. Roshan is busy with his hobbies and family that live locally, but is friendly and sociable with flatmates.

The second occupant is a professional male who works as a doctor in the nearby hospital.

We are looking for clean, non-smoking tenants with no pets who are easy to get along with.

This room is not suitable for a couple.
