Lovely double room

I have a lovely double room available now in my home.
We have a dog who is very friendly so you must like dogs. Live very close M20 and Tesco so easy access to the motorway and food shopping.
We are looking for a single person who can fit into our home, we are a quite house in the evening as husband works nights so must be a quite person no loud music.
On a good bus route if you don't have a vehicle.
Room has a queen size bed with drawers in I also provide a couple sets of bedding if you want them.
Use of the washing machine and dryer, also the garden in the summer time.
No smoking in the house, but you can smoke outside.
Broadband and all bills included in the weekly rent.
Use of the kitchen facilities and all dishes as well as dishwasher.
Separate fridge/freezer available, cupboards to put your own food in.
