Hi Roomy! I have a Semi Detached house on a residential road 5 minutes wall from Folkestone West train station and Bus stops that go into town centre. Looking to share it with 2 cool people; the usual respect for privacy but would also like it to be a home where we can share the odd dinner, chats, wine, movies, bbq in summer etc. The house has enough space to balance the 2; it has 2 reception rooms, one for movies and the other with an open fireplace perfect for reading / wine nights ;) Also has dining room. Separate kitchen with kitchen bar for another eating area. Garden to the back.
