Double room

Hi, I'm looking for a professional tenant (Female) to share my house with which was recently refurbished. Only one room available!

This is a very cosy house with good natural lighting and has a homely environment.

I’m a nurse and I’m usually busy with my long hour shifts which can look like leaving home 6 in the morning to coming back late in the evening and added night shifts. My interests include travelling, gym, Netflix and napping. I usually like to chill and relax in my room other times I’m reading books or watching Netflix in the lounge. Im friendly and bubbly but can be quiet and considerate at the same time and respect your privacy! I’ve had lovely tenants in the past who have stayed with me short to long term so hoping I can meet similar people again!

Me and my housemate we are very easily going friendly and welcoming. We are looking for someone clean similar and is respectful and professional and enjoys peace and quiet (No party animals).
I also have one cat so would like someone that is pet friendly. Shes an old outdoor cat and doesn't really bother anyone.

House provides free wifi


Requirements

Must be preferably full time time working professional

Must be very clean and be able to keep the house clean all times as im quiet ocd and I would prefer someone who is similar to me.

Must be able to pay rent on time

Past reference needed and deposit of £450 required

Long term preferred but Short term welcome (three months minimum)

The house is situated in a very friendly neighbourhood area and has large parking space and large garden. The cheriton shops are just five minutes walk away and town plus the beach is 10 minutes away on the car.
