Double room

Hi, I'm looking for a professional tenant (Female or male ) to share my house with which was recently refurbished. Only one room available and it is the first video of the room shown in the clip.

This is a very cosy house with good natural lighting and has a homely environment.

One male and one female live here. We both are very friendly, laidback and easy going. We both usually have a busy work schedule with mix of nights and day shifts full time. My interests include travelling, gym, Netflix or going out with my friends. My room mate also likes to go away and spend time with her family on her days off. Im quiet chilled most of the time in my room or other times watching tv and Netflix in the lounge. Im friendly laidback but can be quiet and considerate at the same time and respect your privacy! I’ve had lovely tenants in the past who have stayed with me short to long term so hoping I can meet similar people again!

Me and my housemate we are both easy going and laidback. We are looking for someone similar but is respectful and professional. We prefer someone who has similar lifestyle to us so not looking for any party animals.

Cleaning is shared among us all.

House provides free wifi


Requirements

Must be preferably full time time working professional

Must be clean and be able to keep the house clean and tidy for example wash up their dishes afterwards , keep shared communal area clean after use and be fair and respectful towards each other.

Must be able to pay rent on time

Past reference needed and deposit of £500 required

Long term and Short term welcome (This is negotiable depending on our situation and availability )

The house is situated in a very friendly neighbourhood area and has large parking space and large garden with pond. The cheriton shops are just five minutes walk away and town plus the beach is 10 minutes away on the car.
