Large room in country bungalow

The room is large South facing with very fast broadband. The a28 is just down the road about ten minutes into Canterbury. You would need your own transport. The facilities are not suitable for most women being rather basic, but with just two people in the house probably more convenient than a multiple occupied house.. I only want a mature student or professional tenant, retired or downshifter would also suit. There would be some money back if needed for gardening or help with computer.
