Lovely flat in chislehirst that is the right place for some one who likes to work from home, flat is near by to fields and green space but is only 25 min from london bridge . Its zone 4 just across. chislehirst side the boundary line with Bromley/Greenwich and the nearest train station is New Eltham.
The 162 takes you to bromley or eltham in either direction and they both have services to London Victoria.
The house is pet friendly and currently has 1 cat.

The flat is an upstairs Maisonette with private entrance (it's on a corner so it has a little extra garden) currently has a lot of tree in it as we have had them trimmed, chipper arrives 12th of feb to cover the front garden in woodshipps and increase the area for offstreet parking, but parking on the road is no problem. Also has scaffoding up as the freeholder is doing some remedial repairs to the block. Loft room is always left empty as a spare room accessible via a ladder, but currently used for storage
The back garden is a good size. With small fruit trees 1 apple 1 pear... very nice in the summer for some one that wants to do gardening.
