This is my home and I am looking for someone who wants to share a home. The rent is the rent- no deposit- four weeks up front and four weeks notice.

Spacious furnished double bedroom with king-size bed, TV Ariel, Wi-Fi broadband access. Use of shared facilities include modern kitchen with all appliances, dining room, lounge with cable TV, bathroom and separate WC, garden and patio area.

Modern Victorian end of terrace two bedroom house, Close to Chislehurst high street, shops and restaurants, with free on-street parking and excellent bus links. Chislehurst, Elmstead Woods, New Eltham and Mottingham train stations all within approximately 1. 5 miles or ten minutes on the bus, with trains into London Bridge, Cannon Street and Charing Cross.

Friendly, relaxed and sociable household, who enjoys cooking, nights in and nights out. I'm on a waiting list for a very local allotment, so anyone keen to grow your own veggies and joining in when it happens are most welcome!

I am a busy full-time professional. Looking for either Monday to Friday or full-time lodger. Would like someone of similar personality.

Room available from July however happy to discuss requirements for the right person (I've got too many fridges and freezers and spare sink in the house- lol!- need to remove etc, etc).
