A huge double bedroom is available in a beautiful 5 bedroom house to share with 4 female professionals in their late twenties/early 30’s. I have spent a few years living here and am so sad to be leaving such a great house and even greater housemates!

The room is available from beginning of July but I can be pretty flexible on the date if you need to move in a little earlier or later.

The house is just 12 min walk away from Chislehurst Station and 20 min on a train to London Bridge & London Cannon Street and 30 minutes to London Charing Cross. I travel to central London every day and the commute isn't bad at all!

The house is beautifully decorated and all of us keep it very clean and tidy- no messy people please! The location is very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. We are so lucky to have lots of woodland and nature reserves on our doorstep.

There is also a good size garden, large kitchen and lounge to share.

The best part is that rent is only £360 per month (inclusive of all bills, Virgin broadband internet andcleaning products).

One month rent and one month deposit is required.
