Large double room in newly decorated apartment sharing with one 37 year old male Spanish architect. I am an easy going, laid back person and enjoy cooking. I am looking to share with a reasonably tidy person who is friendly, down to earth and not out clubbing all the time. I have already moved in, it will be nice to have dinner together some nights and other nights do our own thing. I smoke but not inside the house.

Close to the junction of the M25 and M20.

The property itself is close to a convenience store and the neighbourhood has many local parks, amenities such as a supermarket in Chislehurst, and Bromley High Street both with numerous bars, restaurants and boutiques.
