I have a double room available in my house sharing with myself (female mid 50's) and another tenant.

The house is large and bright and the garden is great in the summer.
You will have access to all shared areas and your own cupboard and space in the fridge/freezer.

The other tenant is rarely in and everyone gets on very well.

The house is situated in a quite close in Chislehurst within easy commuting distance of Chislehurst, Mottingham, Elmstead Woods and New Eltham stations.

The house is a 5 minute walk from Sainsburys and the centre of Chislehurst village.

You will have full access to the kitchen where you can cook and store your things as you please. There is a large living room, a garden and two bathrooms.
(I even have some deck chairs you can use to enjoy this lovely weather)

There is always plenty of free parking outside the property

There is also a garage if you need storage space.

The room is on the top floor and is a nice sized double next to the bathroom with a pleasant view over the garden.

The room comes with a large double bed, a wardrobe and shelving space.
