The house is situated in a quite close in Chislehurst within easy commuting distance of Chislehurst, Mottingham, Elmstead Woods and New Eltham stations.

The house is a 5 minute walk from Sainsbury’s and the centre of the village.

You will have access to the kitchen, garden and bathrooms.

There is plenty of free parking outside the property

The room is a nice size with a small 4’ double bed.

The room is available from Monday 29th May. 4 weeks deposit is required.
