Free room in BR7 in return for babysitting/housewo

Hi, I am a 42 year old single mum of 3 children and I am offering a spare room free of rent in return for some childcare and housework. I have three boys aged 7, 9 and 11. I also have a dog and cats and some chickens in the garden.
My house is in Chislehurst only minutes from the High Street and its many amenities. The room is large and contains a single bed (but a double can be supplied), a chest of drawers, double wardrobe and a TV, study desk, table, sofa and WiFi.
I am looking for ideally a mature lady who can take the two youngest children to school (5 mins away) every morning. Babysit some afternoons/evenings and carry out some homework.
As you can appreciate it is a busy, noisy household and its important that you can adapt to this environment and are an animal lover.
I will need a reference from a past employer and previous landlord.
