Guests are limited to social hours only (overnight stays allowed with prior permission, if more than two nights a month an additional charge for utilities will apply)

I work 12 hour days and night shifts so consideration of noise while sleeping from 8am to 1pm is a must.

I require one month's rent and a £500 deposit (which will be returned at the end of the tenancy if the room has been looked after and utilities have been fairly used)
