Room in Gorgeous Period House in Margate

A beautiful, large double room in a quiet street close to the centre of Margate! The house on Nightingale Place is a large, old building full of character. It's quiet, close to the beach, the old town of Margate, galleries, museums and restaurants. The house dates back to the 1890s, and has a gorgeous garden, beautiful high ceilings and original wooden floors. Looking for a calm and considerate lodger for a really lovely house.

The room is a large double with TV and a desk. The house comes with excellent WiFi connection, shared kitchen, two shared bathrooms, free parking and a gorgeous garden!

I'm an art dealer and spend time working from home here and in London; I also travel a fair amount with work! I have a son, Finn, who's 13 and stays in his own room on weekends, though not every weekend. It's an LBGTQ+ household so you'd need to be okay with that too! :-)
