Hi!
My partner and I are letting out the top floor of our Victorian house in Cliftonville on a short-term basis, with a view to extend it longer-term if it’s the right fit.
The top floor consists of two large, double-sized bedrooms (we are envisioning one being converted into a living / working / studio area for our new housemate) as well as an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower.
We know it's hard to find space to live, work and sleep when renting, which is why we are offering the whole floor for the price of one large bedroom. You can use one room for sleeping and the other for working/lounging. You'd also have the privacy of your own bathroom as well as a large storage cupboard.
A large kitchen can be found on the ground floor as an additional communal area.
ABOUT US
My partner and I are both easy-going / social, and enjoy chilled-out evenings at home. We'd love to find someone who is similar in their routine and doesn't mind a relaxed home-life.
Three points:
1. We have a set of utterly gorgeous 15-month-old twins. We spend a lot of time in the downstairs living room together, so you wouldn’t see/hear them much (unless you wanted to). The house is definitely large enough to all live peacefully.
2. We have a Vizsla dog who is fully house-trained, but also full of energy! She is not allowed on the top floor, so she wouldn't bother you.
2. We will be carrying out some light decorating on the house. This wouldn't limit your access to the kitchen on the ground floor, and the aim is that you’d hardly notice it.
We will cover wifi and council tax bills.
All other bills (water, heating, electricity) would be split equally. These usually come to around £300 per month (so £100 each).
