Cosy room in beautiful house in Cliftonville

Hello!

We're looking for a housemate for a LGBQT+ friendly 3 bedroom beautiful home in Cliftonville from the 1st September.

Our place is 10 mins walk from Walpole Bay and 10 mins walk to the Old Town. The rent is £300pm plus bills (around £100 extra per month which includes a biweekly cleaner).

The room is on the cosy side with a double bed & clothing rail. The landlord is happy to move furniture if you wanted to bring a smaller bed.
The housemate that is leaving has been living in Margate part of the week which seemed to work quite well but we're open to someone who's around more.

The house is a lovely size but has limited storage so wouldn’t be suitable for anyone with a lot of furniture. It also wouldn’t be suitable for anyone WFH full time (sorry) as there is no space for a desk in the room. We keep our communal area as as space for chilling, socialising & occasionally hosting friends.

Em & I have ended up as good mates and it’s a lovely relaxing vibe in the house. We are looking for someone who's open-minded, respectful, clean and tidy, up for a chat and a cup of tea or a wine. We are both freelancers that work in Margate in various part-time roles in fashion, beauty, hospitality & yoga.

I have a cockapoo Freddie, who's with me part time, so it’s important a new person likes dogs!

There’s a small garden, big kitchen and living room, and it has all the necessities like a TV, internet, washer dryer etc.
