I have decided to join the property ladder, so I’m subletting my room from August (start date is somewhat flexible) till the end of the current tenancy (19 November). There’s a 90% possibility the landladies will renew the tenancy after the term.
The room is big and quiet, fully furnished with a double bed with storage under it, a desk (wfh is no problem), a wardrobe and a dresser with drawers. Only the small shelves shown in the photo will come with me.
The room is at the back of the flat, overlooking the neighbor’s garden, in a 3-bedroom seafront flat in Cliftonville. There is a massive living room with kitchen and high ceilings, with views of the sea, additional storage in the hallway, and 1 bathroom (we never struggled as we all have different schedules).
My housemates are absolutely amazing, 2 lovely girls, always up for a chat and a night out or a swim in the Warpole pool (5 min walk), but equally respectful of everyone’s space and privacy.
The beach is literally opposite the flat, we also have Northdown road and its independent shops a short 6-8 min walk.
Rent is £500, excluding bills. Bill are £158 per person per month, for electricity, water, wifi and council tax. Deposit is £500.
Female or non-binary only, sorry boys. No pets allowed. No smoking inside the flat.
