Located in Cliftonville 1min walk to beach and 10 min walk to Walpole Tidal Pool.
Situated above Bugsy’s bowling/ Faith in Strangers and next to Margate leisure center. Situated 26 mins walk away from Margate train station and only a 5 min walk from the closest Loop bus stop.

Things to know:
The flat is located above a nightclub so be advised it can get quite loud on weekend nights.

About me:
Hello my name is Valentine. I've lived in this flat for the past year and have loved my stay here. My friend is moving out but I would really like to keep this place for longer. I’m looking for someone social to share the flat with. I'm very accommodating, tidy and love having people around. Love going out and going to the beach. I currently commute to Ramsgate 3 days a week where I work as an Architect assistant, and do construction work on sites in the area. I’m also very dyslexic so please don’t mind the spelling mistakes.
