Cultured person for room in Family house

Lovely Victorian house. 4 floors so plenty of privacy. Must be fine with a small, very friendly dog! Family with two children (9 & 11) and one existing lodger. The room is on the top floor sharing bathroom with other Female lodger. (Who is lovely btw!) - it’s a lovely bright room T the back of the house. Double need, side tables and wardrobe. There is art on the walls but we’re happy if you want to change this. We are in West Cliftonville (arts quarter!) near Tracey Emin’s art studios and her gallery. So lots of artists around on the street. Also short walk to both Northfown Road and the old Town. 65ft garden which is really lovely in the summer.
