Lovely person for room in Family house

Bright Sunny room in lovely Victorian house. 4 floors so plenty of privacy. Must be fine with a small, very friendly dog! Family with two children (9 & 11) and one existing female lodger. The room is on the top floor sharing bathroom with other lodger. (Who is lovely btw!) - it’s a bright room at the back of the house with views to the garden. Double bed, 2 side tables writing desk and a wardrobe. There is art on the walls but we’re happy if you want to change this.

This is a lodger agreement with use of our kitchen only. There is a limited amount of additional storage available in the loft subject to agreement.

We are in West Cliftonville (arts quarter!) near Tracey Emin’s art studios and her gallery. So lots of artists around on the street. Also short walk to both Northfown Road and the Old Town. as well as Dane Park. Margate station 10 mins walk.

65ft garden which is really lovely in the summer. I work in entertainment and my wife is a chef. Lodger is an actor.
