Having had a great break in Margate by the sea it is time for me to move back to London but I am leaving my wonderful friend who I have lived with for 20 years behind and the least I can do is find him a wonderful housemate!

The 2-bedroom, 2 storey terrace house which is perfectly located smack bang in between the beautiful Margate Old Town and super cool Cliftonville belongs to my family which we really cherish. Being situated in the middle of a mews street ensures a quiet living environment, aside from the seagulls of course!

Your fully furnished front facing double room is spacious and stylish with two sash windows overlooking the pretty street. The room comes with a stunning wooden chest of drawers and a dresser as well as a double bed. Please do let us know if you have your own bed as we may be open to exceptions.
You will then have shared access to the dressing room next door, the cosy bath room with a shower-over bath, the spacious and bright living room, a gorgeous art / dining / office room and cottage vibes kitchen which leads out to a lovely raised, walled garden which is perfect for sunbathing or eating outdoors during the warmer months.

Your house mate Peter is a fun + young 43-year-old male professional working in the hospitality industry. He works out of the house frequently but when he is home, he is very much a home body and loves sharing his space with his 2 cats Buffy & Max! Whilst he loves to socialise and have a few drinks he also really values his down time. Whilst late night partying is a past memory, if you ever fancy a midday pint in Margate, Pete's your guy!

We would really love someone who is a professional, respectable all-round lovely person who has their own hobbies and ideally an established social circle.
