Two rooms to rent in beautiful 3-bed flat above Walpole Bay – available from 24 January

We have two rooms becoming available in our lovely 3-bedroom flat on Lewis Crescent, overlooking Walpole Bay. The flat is in a stunning location with views of green space and the sea, just one minute’s walk to the beach, community sauna and coffee shack. There’s a friendly, relaxed community vibe in the area.

The flat has a very large open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge with high ceilings throughout, a wide and spacious entrance hallway, plenty of storage, and a washing machine in the laundry cupboard. The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances, including a dishwasher.
A highlight of the flat is the huge bay window with beautiful sky and sea views — especially incredible in the summer months.
The two rooms could be taken together, with the smaller room ideal as an office or studio, or rented individually.

Rooms available:
* Small double / office room – £450 pcm (excluding bills)
A fairly small but very cosy room, mostly furnished with wardrobe, bedside table, shelving, fixed bed with mattress and under-bed storage.
* Double room – £500 pcm (excluding bills)
A good-sized room, partly furnished, with high ceilings and views over greenery. (mattress required)

Bills:
When shared between three people, bills usually come to around £100–£150 per person per month.

A bit about me: I’m friendly, easygoing and work full-time outside the flat. I’m an artisan by trade and into fitness, healthy living and a balanced lifestyle. The flat is a calm, respectful home rather than a party house. Individual space is respected, but shared time and occasional hosting with flatmates is enjoyed — never expected.. Queer-friendly, and Margate’s creative, diverse community is something I really value. I’m looking for like-minded people who are considerate, open and happy sharing a relaxed space by the sea.
