I’m looking for a friendly, respectful lodger for a large double bedroom in my 2-bed seafront flat in Cliftonville, Margate.

I'm arranging viewings on Jan 11, 12, 13

I moved in a month ago and it's a fab place to live.

The flat is right by the sea, well connected to public transport, and about a 10-minute walk to Margate Old Town. It’s a calm, homely space rather than a party flat, and would suit someone who appreciates a peaceful, lived-in home.

🐾 Important: I live here with two cats, so this will suit someone who genuinely likes and is comfortable around cats.

The Room:
Large double bedroom
Renting unfurnished - it's the guest room at the moment, ideal if you have your own furniture
Happy to provide a bed if that suits the right person
Light, quiet, and a good size for working or relaxing

2-bedroom flat, shared with me (live-in landlord)
Seafront location
Shared kitchen, living space and bathroom
Warm, relaxed, and well cared for
