Room in a cosy family home - excellent location

I live in the house with my son who is a fun loving and spirited toddler. The house is large with a garden, big kitchen/diner and comfortable living room. Some of the pictures are slightly different to the current furniture in the house - there is now also a desk in the rentable room. Please come and see it for yourself!

The location is fantastic for beach access and north down road full of cafes and bars. We have space to store bikes. I have an area of cupboards in the kitchen for you. The kitchen is very well equipped and you will be very welcome to share all of this with us.

I am from Thanet and know the area very well. I work in the arts and theatre and enjoy all that the local scene has to offer. My son and I are in and out the house allot in the day but typically home during the evening at the moments. We have a playroom for his toys and a small table in the kitchen for his own art and play! The house is certainly the home of a young child but it is not over run with children's toys and he has a gorgeous kind and fun spirit.

I have a cleaner coming every week, bills are included and while I enjoy company and getting to know each other I absolutely respect space and privacy. I am looking for someone who wants the same.
