Margate Flat for Summer Rent

Hi! I'm looking for someone to rent my flat in Margate while I'm away in Southeast Asia for a couple of months.

It's a bright, modern new-build flat by Walpole Bay. It has a balcony that opens onto the garden. It's a two-bed, but the second room is being used for storage at the moment - you'd have the place to yourself with access to the spare room if needed.

I would love to find someone with a connection to the LGBTQ+ community if possible. Rent can be negotiable for the right fit. Pets also negotiable!

I'll be back for September, but there's a good chance I'll be away again over the winter, so there may be scope for something longer-term if we get on and it feels like a good fit.
