Dbl bedroom in beautifully-renovated 2-bed house

Hello! Lovely medium-sized double bedroom in a spacious two-bedroom house in Cliftonville, just a short walk from Margate Old Town and a five-minute stroll from Aldi and the beach.

The house was completely renovated last year and has been thoughtfully designed throughout to a very high spec and is in excellent condition. It’s a calm, stylish and comfortable home rather than a typical houseshare.

There's an open-plan living /dining area, large kitchen with all mod cons plus roomy shared bathroom with tub and powerful shower. A garden is out the back and there's on-street (unpaid) parking at the front of the house.

Me: you'll be sharing the house with myself, the owner. I'm a self-employed nutritionist and work at a local pub at the weekends. I'm friendly and sociable but also respect others' space.

You: are FEMALE, appreciate living in nice surroundings, aren't looking for a party / crash pad and are responsible, clean and tidy. Given I work from home Monday-Thursday I'd prefer someone who doesn't also do the same more than 2-3 days a week.

The rent includes council tax, water, high-speed internet and Netflix. It does NOT include gas & electricity - these costs are to be split 50/50 on a monthly basis, as these vary depending on usage. Also note, I don't have a TV licence so if you want to watch live TV this is something you would need to cover.

The first month's rent plus deposit is to be paid upfront.
