Double room in clifftonville

We have a double room available in our home in Cliftonville. It's part of a four bedroom house with shared living areas, including a spacious kitchen/dining room, a living room, a garden and a large balcony. There's also access to a studio space in the house.

I own the house and use the studio often , but I rarely stay there anymore as I've moved in with my boyfriends. You'd be living with two other lovely creative women in their 30s and a sweet cat called Bug. It's generally a quiet and calm house so looking for someone who can fit in your our home.

Rent is £555 plus bills, so £680 all in.
