myself and my partner live in the extension which is separated from the main house,( so kind of live out landlords)

We are directly opposite crayford station so extremely easy to walk home after work.
(Direct transport to central of London and trains running every 5mins)
Infact my partner watches the train pull up in the morning then casually walks over! So no waiting around.

Even sainsbury is at walking distance( 5 min) , tower retail centre, aldi, etc. Blue water 12mins by car and bexleyheath around 7mins by car. We also benefit from being right in the A2 near the M25 so can get anywhere fast round London!

There is super fast fibre broadband, cleaners ,all bills paid for gas electric etc..
Access to a downstairs toilet and main bathroom upstairs, one of the rooms has an ensuite so won’t be sharing the bathroom. Each room is separated with the landing so will be quite and just had new double glazed windows installed aswel.
Whole house has recently been renovated with a brand new modern flash kitchen, new windows, new mattress, bed, radiators, painted, new room doors, etc.
We have even gone to the lengths of installing a brand new water Softner which you will not find in renting properties.
