Private landlord looking for a single person (ideally Tamil) for a single bedroom. Please let me know the length of stay you require (min. 1 year), details about yourself so I can see if we will get along and your employment status.

The house is less than 20 minutes walk from Crayford train station/Slade Green Station and town centre, with easy access to the M25/A2 and local shops.

House fully furnished with access to shared lounge, dining, kitchen and shower areas. There is also off road car parking available.

Newly updated kitchen, equipped with fridge freezer, cooker, oven, washing machine and dryer.

Price is inclusive of all bills including electricity, gas, water, council and high speed Wi-Fi and I will require 1 month deposit upfront.
