New housemate search

I’m looking for a new housemate for the spare double bedroom in my flat (unfurnished, but we can chat about that). Rent is £850 a month, WiFi, council tax & water bill included ✅

Electricity bill is paid separately as it varies each month.

Parking is available at but does come with and annual fee, if interested please ask.

We’ll be sharing the kitchen, bathroom, and living room – just the two of us! The flat is spacious with lots of storage (including a loft!).

About me:
I work from home full-time (occasionally go into the office) and have an evening job, so I’m not always around. I love chilling with a movie or TV show (huge EastEnders fan 😄), but I also value my own space.

Looking for a clean, respectful working professional – someone who tidies up after themselves. We can even chat about getting a cleaner if that works for us! 🧹

📍Location:
We’re in the heart of Bexley (Zone 6) – 5 mins walk to the train station (London Bridge in 32 mins). Close to Abbey Wood (Elizabeth Line), PureGym, Aldi, Sainsbury’s, and more! 🚉

To move in, it’s £1200 total (this covers 6 weeks’ rent & a £400 deposit).
